After your order is placed, it usually takes around 2-5 working days until your package will be shipped as we print the garment only once ordered. Please note that there will be no shipping on weekends and holidays.
Our main delivery service is GLS which takes around 2 to 3 working days to be delivered to Austria and Germany and 3 to 6 working days to be delivered throughout Europe.
Untracked packages are shipped with Post.at. Delivery can take between 8 to 14 days.
Orders to Austria and Germany over 100 Euros qualify for FREE SHIPPING
Germany/Austria: € 5,80
Europe/Swiss/UK: € 11,80
Please note there could be customs fees for countries outside of the EU (Switzerland, UK …) that must be paid by the customer. If you are unsure about import taxes and duties we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If your order is being shipped to Germany or Austria, we will email you a tracking number. Just type in the number on the GLS webpage to check the whereabouts of your package at any time.
If you are ordering from another country and you picked tracked shipping, make sure you check your emails for the tracking number and instructions.
Exchange and Return
Our main goal is it to see our Team happy while rocking their Stoked&Woke gear. So, if you should have any problems concerning your order, we will definitely find a solution.
Please note that all our gear is hand-printed only on your request. This means that each piece is uniquely made for you. So if you are unsure concerning your size, we are more than happy to assist you to be able to find the perfect fit for you. This way we can limit returns and make you, us and our planet happy 😉
In the event of a return/exchange, please send us a quick email to email@example.com before you return the item. Unfortunately, we can not take back unannounced returns.
The next step is to send back your order to the following address: Stoked&Woke Clothing
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels which means you will have to take care of the shipping costs (see Return Policy) yourself. We can not take back unfree returns.
Once we received your package we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) and send them right back to you. (no additional costs for you if your address is in Austria or Germany)
Or refund the price of the item(s) through the same payment method initially used. Shipping costs are not refunded.
